What is Manual Therapy?
Manual Therapy techniques are specific techniques for the treatment of pain and other symptoms of neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunction of the spine and extremities, which are characterised by being applied manually and / or instrumental form.
The main objectives of Manual Therapy techniques are to recover movement when the joints present a restriction in it, relieve joint pain, muscle, …, and immediately improve the functionality of the individual.
Some of these techniques are:

- MIOFASCIAL MANUAL THERAPY: inhibition by maintained tension, massage with active movement, myofascial transverse/longitudinal sliding techniques, neurally charged slides.
- NEURAL MANUAL THERAPY: as the techniques of neurodynamics, mobilization and stretching of peripheral nervous trunks, cranial pairs,…
- MANUAL VISCERAL THERAPY: techniques of massage, pressure,…on the different organs and viscera to improve their functioning and to alleviate the irradiated pains caused by these structures.
